Rules and how we verify

The directory

• Ruta NL has no commercial agreements with any agency, charges nothing to be listed and does not sell data.
• If an agreement ever existed, it would be stated on the listing and would not change the order or visibility of listings or experiences.
• Agencies are listed alphabetically. There are no “best” or “worst” rankings.
• Ruta NL is not a recruitment agency: it does not receive applications or act as an intermediary. Vacancies are on each agency's website.

What we check and what we don't

Checked by a person

The official website and the vacancies portal (viewable without signing up), with the date of the last check. Where the listing says so, the legal name and number in the Chamber of Commerce (KvK) register and presence in the public SNA register on a given date.

According to the agency itself

Sectors, provinces, languages, housing and transport, as described on its website or in a public document, with a link.

Until a person has checked the Chamber of Commerce register (KvK), the listing shows it as “Pending confirmation”. No listing says an agency is certified, recommended or associated with Ruta NL.

We do not use phrases such as “certified agency” or “trusted”. Being in a register on a given date does not guarantee how an agency treats each person.

Reports and complaints

• If a listing has wrong or outdated information, or an agency wants to request a correction, write to contacto@rutanl.com naming the listing and the public source that supports it. We correct based on sources, not preferences.
• Please include: the listing name, the information to correct, the correct information, a link to a public source that supports it and, if you write on behalf of the agency, your relationship with it. We reply within 10 working days.
• Agencies cannot pay to be listed, to change their position or to have correct information removed.
